This private portal is operated by Armenia Center. It uses our shared client-service infrastructure to handle your request, documents, progress and support conversations.

What you provide

Your sign-in email, contact details, service request and any documents you choose to upload. Only send documents requested for your case. Do not send card details or security codes.

Who can access a case

You and authorised staff can access the information needed to handle your case. A verified partner email may also be granted access by the team for a shared case. Contact us if shared access needs to change.

Files and downloads

Documents are stored outside the public website and protected by account access checks. Files pass a security check before they can be downloaded. A successful file check does not mean that an authority has accepted the document.

Cookies and sign-in

The portal uses a necessary, host-only session cookie for sign-in and form security. Sign out on shared devices and do not share your email code.

Contact the team through Armenia Center’s contact page. See the website privacy notice for the broader policy. Retention and access requests are reviewed according to the service and applicable obligations.

This portal does not process card payments yet. No card details should be entered or sent here.
